Born in Craik, Sk. to Jim (Henry) and Joyce Miller.  Randy has one daughter Sarah Miller and one grandson, Oliver. He moved to Esterhazy in 2008 to be with the love of his life Colleen Fraser and became father to Cody Fraser.

Randy worked at White’s ag in Whitewood, Merit Ford in Esterhazy and finally at Yellowhead Truck and Traders in Churchbridge, Sk.

Randy loved music, whether it was playing guitar, working as a DJ or doing sound production for live performances. Randy loved anything country including riding horses and hunting.

Randy leaves to mourn his death, his common law wife Colleen, daughter Sarah (Darrell), son Cody (Nichole), grandson Oliver, sister Susan Cadotte, brothers in law Lorne Fraser (Kimberly), Dale Fraser (Myrna), Gene Oremba, sisters in law Geraldine Fraser and Annabelle Fraser, as well as numerous nephews, nieces, cousins,  aunts, uncles and a whole lot of friends from near and far.

Predeceased by his dad (Henry) Jim, infant daughter Janelle, parents in law Herb and Doris Fraser, brothers in law Harold Fraser, Paul Fraser, Keith Fraser and sister in law Diane Oremba.
