Elizabeth "Beth" Anne Petit

Elizabeth Anne Petit of Esterhazy passed away November 3, 2019 at St. Anthony’s Hospital at the age of 70 years.

Beth was born November 2, 1949 in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan and grew up on a farm by Hazelcliffe.  She attended school in Tantallon and after her school years she worked at various jobs.  On May 16, 1992 she married Roger Petit.  She enjoyed fishing, cross stitch, baking and going for coffee until ill health forced her to give those things up.

She was predeceased by her parents and her brother Roy Brown.

Beth is survived by her husband Roger Petit; her son Lawrence Petit (Shelley); daughters Maureen Porter (Ken Schlechter), Simone Balaski (Brad), Deirdre Peters (Darcy), Bernice Ruff (Darcy), Catherine Stanhope (Wade); 18 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.  Also surviving are her brother Rae Brown (Isabelle); sister Audrey Hedstrom; and many nieces and nephews.
