Dwayne Edward Ondik passed on September 3, 2022 at the age of 52. He was born to parents Ed and Marilyn Ondik on November 7th, 1969 in Esterhazy, SK. He lived in Esterhazy for the duration of his life where he attended and graduated from school. Upon graduation, Dwayne went on to work at the mine for over 30 years.
He loved to ride his Harleys, attending Beef and Barley Bash, Sturgis, and other motorcycle events. He was elected president of the Gonads Motorcycle Club (formerly the Third Knights), recently being re-elected for another term. Other interests included camping, boating, and fishing with friends and family, dirt-biking, quadding, and snowmobiling.
Dwayne was an avid Rock music fan. If he was at home, you could always find him blasting CDs or concert DVDs. In his earlier years, he attended many of those concerts himself. Dwayne had a big heart and was loved by many, even those who he’d just met.
Dwayne was predeceased by his father Ed Ondik and brother-in-law and friend Doug Lee—married to sister, Debbie Lee.
Dwayne is survived by his mother, Marilyn; his two daughters, Jillissa and Jezlynn; sisters Debbie and Darlene; brother Darren; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
