Bruce Weinheimer

 Bruce Kenley Weinheimer was born on July 28, 1973, in Esterhazy Saskatchewan. The oldest child of Ken and Carol and grew up in Langenburg, Saskatchewan.

A graduate of the Langenburg high school class of 1991, Bruce went on to earn his welding certificate from Wascana Institute. By 1999, he had completed his welding apprenticeship and embarked on a career that would span the provinces of Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia. Bruce eventually returned to work at PCS Rocanville, where he remained a dedicated employee until his passing. In 2009, he purchased his home in Spy Hill, where he built a life and made many friends.

Bruce was known by all who knew him as a caring, loyal, and protective friend—someone who would drop everything to help a person (or animal) in need. He found peace in nature and was often seen walking his beloved dogs through the valley and community pasture. An avid fisherman, Bruce cherished the calm of the water and the quiet moments it offered. He also had a deep appreciation for country drives and found great joy in his travels to Mexico, especially the coastal beauty of Manzanillo. His dream was to one day retire there, surrounded by sun, sand, beer and the warmth of the culture he came to love.

Bruce's compassion extended to animals, and he frequently fostered dogs, providing them with a loving and safe home. His love for his family ran deep, and he was immensely proud of his nephew Alex. He also held a special place in his heart for his stepdaughter, Alexa.

Bruce was predeceased by his beloved parents, Kenneth and Carol Weinheimer. He is survived by his sister Tania, his brother Robert and sister-in-law Olesea, his nephew Alex, and his stepdaughter Alexa. He also leaves behind a wide circle of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will forever remember his generosity, laughter, and kind spirit.
