Ashly Hine passed away in Calgary on Friday, August 31, 2018 at the age of 33 years. He was born to his parents in Yorkton, Saskatchewan on August 18, 1985. He was the youngest of three children born to Alvin and Annette Hine. Ashly attended PJ Gillen School and Esterhazy High School.
He thoroughly enjoyed farm life where he spent many hours with his Dad and Grandpa. He was very much at home in the Alida area. Ashly’s dream was eventually to move to the home quarter and build a home.
Ashly was a social and free-spirited young man. He enjoyed life to the fullest. He worked hard and played hard. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his fiancée and their dogs, Bella and Charlie, friends and always … Family came first! Ashly had a passion for life. He enjoyed swimming, camping, baseball, cubs, hockey, snowboarding, skidooing, quading, hot-tubbing, dirt biking, back roading in his truck and of course his motorcycle. He would say, “He owned the road and was free”.
He was predeceased by his grandparents Clarence and Edna, Daniel and Eileen, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Ashly is survived by his parents, Alvin and Annette, sisters Alicia, aka She-Sha (Jason) and Alisa, aka Magoo (Brad), nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and fiancé Ivanka.
You will forever be our wing man.
